Salvatore “Sal” Alu, is an experienced and dedicated MSK Therapist with 12 years experience helping patients move better and live pain-free. Prior, he qualified and worked as a Personal Trainer and then in 2014 completed training and worked in Sports and Remedial Therapy. Since then, he graduated with a Bachelors degree in Osteopathy in 2017 , and uses a whole-body approach to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions.

Sal has a special clinical interest in treating spinal pain and treats these conditions exclusively. His treatment sessions combine hands-on manual therapy such as soft tissue release, joint mobilisation, joint manipulation and medical acupuncture with practical advice on exercise, posture, and lifestyle changes where necessary.

Outside of the clinic Sal enjoys supporting the best football team in North London, spending time with his family and practising his faith. He is fully insured and committed to ongoing professional development.
